The lady at the register was the absolute sweetest. Very nice and helped out with our ordering. Got the chicken katsu and the hawaiian bbq chicken. The hawaiian bbq chicken has a slight teriyaki flavor and their chicken katsu was very breaded. I can definitely taste the tuna in their mac salad as well. Restaurant was very clean. I will definitely come back to try their other items.

I was having a rough day a couple weeks ago. Its tough out there these days! A single act of kindness can really turn a day around though, and I gotta say...good food certainly doesn't hurt either. I've eaten here a few times before, but what really motivated me to leave a review this time was the attitude and service of the cashier lady. She was just so friendly and had such positive energy, but in a soothing and encouraging way. We made some small talk about my current work situation (I've been looking...like I said, it is TOUGH out there) and she basically lent a sympathetic ear and told me things would turn around. I enjoyed a delicious chicken Katsu bowl (so CRISPY) with my brother while I plugged away looking for jobs in a corner booth. I'm happy to say that things ARE looking up, I've landed some interviews and I might have something starting up in the next couple of weeks. This was a great experience and I look forward to coming back whenever I am in the area. Thanks for helping to turn my day around!

This place is amazing, good quality food and if you dine in it reminds you of the Islands if you've ever been. I recommend ordering the Hawaiian BBQ mix which has all the favorites. This place never disappoints. I highly recommend going there and getting your Hawaiian food fix.

Service was friendlier this time, and the fish katsu was so crispy. I ordered a half plate, which was a good call because I nearly killed myself by finishing a full plate order last time. If you want a whole lot of Hawaiian food without paying a lot of dough, you've found the right place. It's not the best tasting Hawaiian food, but it's the kind of comfort fast food that fills you up during a short lunch break.

Great customer service, great atmosphere, loco moco was good but could use more gravy. Other than that, I had a good experience here

The ROMEOs travelled to Lakewood to get a quick Ohana boost to start the new year. I had the chicken katsu with Mac salad and two scoops of good, sticky rice. Since we travelled a little further from home on this Friday I decided I should also order a spam musubi to go. The chicken was thin, thigh meat, dusted in flour, egg dipped, coated in panko and fried. Deeelious!!! My brothers had the grilled beef short ribs and the meat was flavorful and tender. I really appreciated the cook to order style and the fresh and healthy portions. I promise to come back and get my Loco Moco on. The restaurant was bright, clean and inviting. All the employees greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist on the menu. Nice little find off the 91fwy. Aloha. Retired Old Men Eating Out. Food-5 Service-5 Value-5
